S.L. 437.72 Art. 25On-the-spot inspections by European Commission experts.

(1) Experts from the European Commission may, make on-the-spot inspections in co-operation with the Veterinary

Services of establishments situated in Malta.

(2) The Veterinary Services shall afford the experts referred to in sub-rule (1) all the assistance necessary for carrying out their duties.
