The competent authority shall allow the entry into Malta of

S.L.437.98 LAID DOWN IN SPECIFIC COMMUNITY ACTS [ the animals (including cage birds), semen, ova and embryos referred to in these rules which have passed through the territory of a third country subject to the production of a health certificate certifying compliance with the requirements of these rules, and the Commission and the other Member States shall be informed accordingly.
