S.L. 452.115 Art. 7Applicability of articles 5 and 6.

The provisions laid down in articles 5 and 6 of this order shall apply:

(a) irrespective of whether the annual leave entitlement is the minimum provided by law or is of a longer duration by virtue of a collective agreement or any other agreement entered into by the employer and the employee concerned; and

(b) in case of article 5, irrespective of the duration of the maternity leave entitlement in terms of the Protection of

Maternity (Employment) Regulations.
