S.L. 452.87 Art. 18Collective agreements.

Subject to the provisions of regulation 14, a collective agreement may:

(a) modify or exclude the application of regulations 4, 5, 6 and 9 in relation to workers or a group of workers;

(b) modify the application of regulation 7(3) by the substitution for each reference to seventee weeks with a different period not exceeding fifty-two weeks, when there are sufficient objective or technical reasons or reasons concerning the organisation of working time.
