S.L. 452.87 Art. 19Mobile workers and offshore work.

(1) Regulations 4, 5, 6, and 9 shall not apply to mobile workers: Provided that necessary arrangements are taken to ensure that such mobile workers shall have adequate rest except in circumstances laid out in regulation 15(f).

(2) In cases where there may be objective or technical reasons or reasons concerning the organisation of work, the reference period referred to in regulation 7(3) may be extended to twelve months in respect of workers who mainly perform offshore work.
