S.L. 454.16 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Nominal Quantities for Prepacked Products Regulations.

(2) These regulations implement the requirements of Directive 2007/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5th September 2007 laying down rules on nominal quantities for prepacked products.
