Operators of marine terminals and of marine facilities operators shall provide to the Authority, from time to time, for its exclusive and confidential use, and in compliance with the requirements of the Relevant Instruments, full details and updated information regarding safety and pollution, prevention and control, including relevant operational data, equipment and personnel resources, general and specific procedures, policies and plans in respect of fire-fighting, emergency and pollution prevention and control.
