S.L. 499.12 Art. 73Insurance prerequisites for marine terminal or facility operators.

The Authority shall only consider issuing or renewing a licence to a marine terminal/facility as a bunker operator when the requirements of regulation 64(1)(a) to (e) have been fully complied with.
