S.L. 499.12 Art. 72Penalties.

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of regulation 71 shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding one thousand and one hundred and sixty-four euro and sixty-nine cents (1,164.69) for each offence.
