S.L. 499.23 Art. 28Revocation, suspension or non- renewal of a licence.

Without prejudice to regulation 15, the Authority may revoke, suspend or refuse renewal of a licence if the licensee:

(a) has made a false declaration or representation;

(b) is guilty of any fraudulent practice or crime in the use of the commercial vessel or during the execution of his trade;

(c) has contravened or failed to comply with any of the requirements of these regulations, or any other relevant legislative provisions, or any directions of the Authority, or any of the terms and conditions of the licence;

(d) has not, for a period of one year, carried out the operation for which he is licensed.
