S.L. 499.23 Art. 29Registered owner and Master.

The persons whose name appear in the register as -

(a) the owner and Master;

(b) the owner; or

(c) the Master of a commercial vessel, shall, for all the purposes of these regulations, be deemed to be the owner and Master or the owner or the Master thereof respectively.
