S.L. 499.23 Art. 37BPersons selling passenger transport services to wear identification tag.

Any person selling passenger transport services from within five metres of the established pick-up and, or drop-off points shall wear, at all times and in a conspicuous manner, an identification tag issued to him by the operator of those services which shall contain a photograph of the person in respect of whom it is issued, his name and his Identity Card number and the name of the operator.
