S.L. 499.23 Art. 37CNo soliciting or importuning.

(1) The Master, operator or owner of a commercial vessel, while standing or operating for hire, shall not call, request, solicit or otherwise importune any person to hire such commercial vessel and shall not make use of the services of any other person for such purposes.

(2) No person shall call, request, solicit or otherwise importune, whether directly or indirectly, any person in any location for any passenger transport service and shall not make use of the services of any other person for such purposes.
