(1) Holders of a permit shall only be allowed to access the pedestrian zones for a period of ten minutes, during which time they should display behind the vehicle’s windscreen the parking disc or any other document which serves the same purpose showing the time of parking as correctly as possible.

(2) Where a vehicle is left parked on the road for a period longer then the maximum of ten minutes, the owner of that vehicle shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of sixty euro.
