(1) Vehicles qualifying under paragraph (a) of the proviso to regulation 4(1) shall be allowed to access the pedestrian zones during the following times and days of the week:

- Monday to Saturday from 01.00am to 09.30am

- Monday and Thursday from 2.30p.m. to 4.30p.m. solely through the routes indicated in the Second Schedule

(2) Such vehicles found within the zones outside the times in sub-regulation (1) shall be issued with a contravention notice and the registered owners of such vehicles shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of sixty euro.
