S.L. 499.57 Art. 47Rebuilding of walls fallen on the road.

The occupier of any tenement shall rebuild, without delay, any wall of such tenement which shall have fallen on the road, or which, being a party-wall between a tenement and a road, shall require, in the opinion of the Authority, to be rebuilt.
