S.L. 594.20 Art. 7Preference given by the Corporation.

(1) In referring any person for part-time employment, the Corporation shall give preference to persons registered in Part Three C1 over those registered in Part Three C2 of the Register.

(2) In referring any person for full-time employment, the Corporation shall give preference to persons registered in Part One over those registered in Parts Two and Three of the Register.
