S.L. 594.20 Art. 8Persons refusing employment without cause.

(1) Without prejudice to article 13(2) of the Act, if persons are registered in Part One and Part Three C1 and they refuse without a good and sufficient cause to avail themselves of employment, they shall lose their priority for referral for employment:

(a) from Part One only if they refuse full-time employment; and

(b) from Part Three C1 only if they refuse part-time employment.

(2) Such person shall be notified accordingly in writing.
