La prescription ne court pas contre les mineurs et les personnes protégées en ce qui concerne les actes pour lesquels ils ont été déclarés incapables, en vertu de l'article 492/1, sauf ce qui est dit à l'article 2278, et à l'exception des autres cas déterminés par la loi.
