CHAPITRE Ier : De l'indemnité instituée par l'article 98 de la loi n° 84-53 du 26 janvier 1984.

Le mois de traitement tel qu'il sert de fondement au calcul de l'indemnité, est égal au dernier traitement indiciaire mensuel, net des retenues pour pension et cotisations de sécurité sociale, et augmenté, s'il y a lieu, de l'indemnité de résidence, à l'exclusion de tout autre élément de rémunération.
