Cap. 104 Art. 24Application of cer- tain provisions if reciprocity is required by a third country.

If an injured party’s right to apply for the payment of compensation to a body with the task to provide compensation for loss or injury caused by an unidentified or uninsured motor vehicle in a third country is on the condition of reciprocity, the provisions of article 9D shall take effect in respect of such third country, its nationals or residents from a date to be appointed by the Minister responsible for Transport.
