Cap. 480 Art. 16Licence to gunsmith.

(1) A person shall not carry out the trade or business of a gunsmith without a licence issued by the Commissioner after consultation with the Board.

(2) A licence under this article may only be issued if the conditions provided article 14(a) to (d) have been satisfied.
