(1) Every person licensed under article 16(1) shall keep a register showing the movement of arms proper and ammunition and shall, on receiving or disposing under any title whatsoever of any arms proper or ammunition, for whatever reason, make or cause to be made an entry in the register specifying the details laid down in article 15(1)(a) to (d).

(2) The provisions of article 15(2) and (3) shall mutatis mutandis apply in respect of a licence issued under article 16(1).
