S.L. 409.5 Art. 3Licence fees.

There shall be payable to the Authority for the issue, transfer or renewal of any licence or certificate issued under the

Act, the relative fee as specified in the First Schedule: Provided that on the issue or renewal of a licence to run or operate an accommodation or catering establishment in Gozo, the licensee shall pay seventy-five percent of the licences fees as specified in Parts I, II, III, IV and VI of the First Schedule.
