S.L. 478.2 Art. 7Approval of project.

(1) When the Commission receives a recommendation from the Commissioner under regulation 6 it may, if it considers it appropriate so to do, approve the project and proceed to make a determination and issue a letter of approval as provided in regulations 8 and 9.

(2) The Commission may make the approval of a project subject to such conditions as it may consider appropriate.
