S.L. 478.2 Art. 8Determination of maximum qualifying expenditure.

(1) When the Commission approves a project it shall determine the maximum qualifying expenditure for each item of expenditure.

(2) The total amount determined in accordance with sub-regulation (1) shall not exceed the amount recommended by the Commissioner in terms of regulation 6(2).
