S.L. 496.2 Art. 3Addressing complaints to public authorities.

An applicant who considers that a public authority did not meet the requirements set out in the Act in respect of his request in terms of the Act may address a complaint to that public authority within a maximum of thirty days from the date of the last relative communication from the public authority or the act or omission giving rise to the complaint, whichever is the later date.
