S.L. 496.2 Art. 4Addressing complaints to the Commissioner.

Complaints or requests for investigation and review addressed to the Commissioner in terms of the Act shall be lodged by the applicant within a maximum of sixty days from the receipt of the final communication from the public authority concerned.
