Cap. 16 Art. 1510When is dominus bound to acknowledge alienee.

The dominus may not refuse to acknowledge, in lieu of the emphyteuta, the alienee under any title, of the emphyteusis, if the alienee is a competent person to carry out the obligations arising from the emphyteutical grant.
