An alienee, under any title, of an emphyteusis, in possession of the tenement, whom the has acknowledged dominus or has offered to acknowledge, may not refuse to acknowledge expressly the dominus or to bind himself personally towards him for the carrying out of the obligations arising from the emphyteutical grant.
