S.L. 10.22 Art. 4Permission from Director of Agriculture.

The Director of Agriculture may give permission in writing for the cutting down, uprooting and removal of any conifer tree where he is satisfied that the land is required for building purposes or for other reasons which are sufficient in his discretion.
