S.L. 10.22 Art. 5Effect of Regulations.

These Regulations shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, and no claim for compensation or damages or other remedy whatsoever shall arise out of the prohibition made by regulation 3 of these Regulations or out of the refusal of the Director of Agriculture to grant a permission under regulation 4 of these Regulations.
