S.L. 260.3 Art. 35Consideration of Medical Officer’s reports and advice.

The Director shall consider the reports and advice submitted by the Medical Officer under the foregoing regulation and, when in concurrence with the advice given, shall take immediate steps to give effect to it. If he does not concur with it he shall immediately submit a personal report and the advice of the Medical Officer to the Minister.
