S.L. 260.3 Art. 36Prohibition of experiments and operations.

(1) Prisoners may not be submitted to any medical experiments.

(2) No serious operation shall be performed in prison except by, or with the advice of, a consultant surgeon unless the urgency of the circumstances otherwise requires.
