S.L. 65.11 Art. 69Overloading of vehicles.

(1) Saving the provisions of any other regulation limiting the number of passengers or the maximum load that may be carried in or on any vehicle, no person shall drive any motor vehicle which is so overloaded with passengers or goods as to constitute danger either to the passengers carried therein or thereon or to third parties.

(2) No person shall drive any motor vehicle for hire or self drive car on which there are more passengers than the number indicated on the relative licence.
