S.L. 65.11 Art. 70Carriage of things which may cause damage.

No person shall drive any motor vehicle which shall have in, on, under or attached to such vehicle anything which, due to its weight or position, may cause damage to any other person’s property, or to the street, road or other place of public thoroughfare, or which may interfere with the steering or the mechanical efficiency of the vehicle.
