BOEK IV. _ BIJZONDERE RECHTSPLEGINGEN. — HOOFDSTUK VIII. - Onbeheerde nalatenschappen.
De aanwijzing van een curator in het geval van artikel 4.58, § 1, van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, wordt binnen de vijftien dagen opgenomen in het centraal erfrechtregister, zoals bedoeld in de artikelen 4.125 en volgende van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
