S.L. 454.2 Art. 4Making available on the market and putting into service.

(1) The Authority shall take all steps to ensure that only instruments that meet the applicable requirements of this regulation may be made available on the market.

(2) The Authority shall take all steps to ensure that instruments may not be put into service for the uses referred to in paragraphs

(a) to (f) of regulation 2(2) unless they meet the requirements of these regulations.

(3) The Authority shall take all steps to ensure that instruments put into service for the uses referred to in paragraphs (a) to (f) of regulation 2(2) continue to conform to the applicable requirements of these regulations.
