(1) The Committee shall submit to the Minister not later than the 31st day of May of each year, a report in respect of the transactions made and benefits paid during the year ending on the 31st day of March of that same year.

(2) The report mentioned in sub-regulation (1) shall include all the reports made by the auditor of the Committee during the year in respect of which such report is made.

(3) Such auditor shall be nominated by the Committee and appointed by the Minister.
