S.L. 171.2 ст. 35Investment of moneysremittedto the Fund.

The Committee shall adopt an investment strategy for the Fund based on appropriate due diligence and professional advice from duly regulated entities in terms of the local legal framework.

The Committee may make recommendations to the Minister for his approval to invest money remitted to the Fund in line with such investment strategy.
