(1) The books of the Fund shall be examined at least once every three months by the auditor nominated and appointed in accordance with the provisions contained in regulation 34(3).

(2) The Committee shall make available to the auditor such books of accounts and such other documents, and shall provide him with such information as may enable him to carry out proper examinations.

(3) The auditor shall, every three months, compile reports on the examinations made and shall submit such reports to the Minister and to the Committee.
