S.L. 37.5 ст. 32Facilities for working cargoes.

It being provided by the articles above referred to that goods shall not, without the permission of the Comptroller of Customs, be unshipped, or landed, or shipped before or after the hours laid down in the Customs Ordinance, or landed at any places other than those approved of by the Minister responsible for customs, the Comptroller of Customs may grant facilities for working cargoes in accordance with the aforesaid provisions and for carrying other ancillary transactions on the conditions hereinafter set forth.
