S.L. 37.5 ст. 34Attendanceoutside legal hours.

Before or after legal hours, the attendance of the proper officers for the purpose of the examination and delivery of goods from a verandah or warehouse, or for any other purpose, may be obtained upon the written application of the merchant, and upon his undertaking to defray the charges for the officers’ attendance according to the rates specified in regulation 43. The merchant may instead make a deposit sufficient for the purpose.
