S.L. 417.4 ст. 4Malta as receiving office.

(1) The Office shall act as a receiving Office in respect of an international application filed with it by a resident or a national of Malta.

(2) An international application filed with the Office shall be filed in the English language and the prescribed transmittal fee shall be paid to the Office.
