This Regulation amends Schedules IV, VI, XXI, and XXII to the principal regulations;

(r) Commission Regulation (EU) No 407/2011 of 27 April 2011 amending Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the inclusion of certain Regulations of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe on the type-approval of motor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefore. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force on 2 April 2011;

(s) Commission Regulation (EU) No 458/2011 of 12 May 2011 concerning type-approval requirements for motor vehicles and their trailers with regard to the installation of their tyres and implementing Regulation

(EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning type-approval requirements for the general safety of motor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefore. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force on 2 June 2011;

(t) Commission Regulation (EU) No 459/2011 of 12 May amending the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 631/2009 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 78/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the type-approval of motor vehicles with regard to the protection of pedestrians and other vulnerable road users. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force on 2 June 2011;

(u) Commission Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 of 25 May 2011 implementing and amending Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to emissions from heavy duty vehicles (Euro VI) and amending Annexes I and III to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. This Regulation amends Schedules I, III, XXI and XXII to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force on 15 July 2011;

(v) Commission Regulation (EU) No 566/2011 of 8 June 2011 amending Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as regards access to vehicle repair and maintenance information. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force on 19 June 2011;

(w) Commission Regulation (EU) No 678/2011 of 14 July 2011 replacing Annex II and amending Annexes IV, IX and XI to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles. This Regulation amends Schedules II, IV, IX, XI, XXII to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force on 15 July 2011;

(x) Commission Regulation (EU) No 195/2013 amending Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as concerns innovative technologies for reducing CO₂ emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles. This Regulation amends Schedules I, IX, XXI, XXII to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 1 July 2013;

(y) Commission Regulation (EU) No 171/2013 amending Annexes I and IX, replacing Annex VIII to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles (Framework Directive), and amending Annexes I and XII to Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 implementing and amending Regulation

(EC) No 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council on type-approval of motor vehicles with respect to emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6) and on access to vehicle repair and maintenance information. This Regulation amends Schedules I, IX, VIII, XXI, XXII to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 18 March 2013;

(z) Commission Regulation (EU) No 143/2013 amending Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as regards the determination of CO₂ emissions from vehicles submitted to multi-stage type-approval. This Regulation amends Schedules I, IX, XXI, XXII to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 1 January 2014, with the exception of Article 4(3) which shall be deemed to have entered into force 1 January 2013;

(aa) Commission Regulation (EU) No 1230/2012 implementing Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to type-approval requirements for masses and dimensions of motor vehicles and their trailers and amending Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. This Regulation amends Schedules I, III, IX, XVI, XXI and replaces Schedule XII to the principle regulations. This Regulation shall be deemed to have entered into force 1 November 2012;

(ab) Commission Regulation (EU) No 1229/2012 amending Annexes IV and XII to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles (Framework Directive). This Regulation amends Schedules IV, XII and XXII to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 30 December 2012;

(ac) Commission Regulation (EU) No 630/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 692/2008, as regards type-approval requirements for motor vehicles fuelled by hydrogen and mixtures of hydrogen and natural gas with respect to emissions, and the inclusion of specific information regarding vehicles fitted with an electric power train in the information document for the purpose of EC type-approval. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 1 August 2012;

(ad) Commission Regulation (EU) No 523/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the inclusion of certain Regulations of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe on the type-approval of motor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefor. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 10 July 2012;

(ae) Commission Regulation (EU) No 459/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as regards emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 6). This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 1 June 2012;

(af) Commission Regulation (EU) No 351/2012 implementing Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards type-approval requirements for the installation of lane departure warning systems in motor vehicles. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 13 May 2012;

(ag) Commission Regulation (EU) No 347/2012 implementing Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to type-approval requirements for certain categories of motor vehicles with regard to advanced emergency braking systems. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 6 May 2012;

(ah) Commission Regulation (EU) No 249/2012 amending Regulation (EU) No 19/2011 as regards type-approval requirements for the manufacturer’s statutory plate of motor vehicles and their trailers. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 10 April 2012;

(ai) Commission Regulation (EU) No 130/2012 concerning type-approval requirements for motor vehicles with regard to vehicle access and manoeuvrability and implementing Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning type-approval requirements for the general safety of motor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefor. This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 7 March 2012;

(aj) Commission Regulation (EU) No 65/2012 implementing Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards gear shift indicators and amending Directive 2007/46/ EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. This Regulation amends Schedules I, III, IV, VI, XI, and XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 13 February 2012;

(ak) Commission Regulation (EU) No 64/2012 amending Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 implementing and amending Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to emissions from heavy duty vehicles (Euro VI). This Regulation amends Schedule XXI to the principle regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 26 January 2012;

(al) Council Directive 2013/15/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain directives in the field of free movement of goods, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia; (am)Commission Regulation (EU) No 133/2014 of 31 January 2014 amending, for the purposes of adapting to technical progress as regards emission limits, Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EU) No 582/2011. This Regulation amends Schedules I, III,IV, IX, XXI, XXII to the principal regulations and shall be deemed to have entered into force 1 January 2014 with the exception of point 4 of Annex I, which shall be deemed to have entered into force from 1 July 2014;

(an) Commission Regulation (EU) No 136/2014 of 11 February 2014 amending Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as regards emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6) and Commission Regulation (EU) No 582/ 2011 as regards emissions from heavy duty vehicles (Euro VI). This Regulation amends Schedules I, III, IV, IX, XI, XXI, XXII and shall deemed to have entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication;

(ao) Commission Regulation (EU) No 214/2014 of 25 February 2014 amending Annexes II, IV, XI, XII and XVIII to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles. This Regulation amends Schedules II, IV, XI, XII, XVIII, XXII and shall deemed to have entered into force on the 20th day following that of the publication. Article 1, point (2), Article 2 and Points 1(a) and 2(b)(i) of the Annex shall deemed to have entered into force from 1 November 2014;

(ap) Commission Regulation (EU) No 627/2014 of 12 June 2014 amending Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 for the purposes of adapting it to technical progress as regards particulate matter monitoring by the on-board diagnostic system. This regulation amends Schedule XXI and shall be deemed to have entered into force on th the 20 day following that of its publication;

(aq) Commission Regulation (EU) No 1171/2014 of 31 October 2014 amending and correcting Annexes I, III, VI, IX, XI and XVII to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles. This Regulation amends Schedules I, III, VI, IX, XVIII, XXII and shall deemed to have entered into force on th the 20 day following that of the publication;

(ar) Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/45 of 14 January 2015 amending Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as regards innovative technologies for reducing CO2 emissions from light commercial vehicles. This regulation amends Schedules I, IX, XXI, XXII and shall deemed to have entered into force 20 days following that if its publication;

(as) Commission Regulation (EU) No 540/2014 of 16 April 2014 on the sound level of motor vehicles and of replacement silencing systems amending, for the purposes of limiting or reducing traffic noise, Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 70/157/EEC. This Regulation concentrates heavily the repercussions traffic noise may produce on the human physical reserves and disrupt the regulatory capacity of organ functions and limit their effectiveness. Also, the regulation should further reduce sound level limits. This regulation also binds car distributors to ensure that the sound level of each vehicle in decibels (dB(a)) is displayed prominently at the point of sale and on any promotional material. This Regulation amends Schedules IV,VI and XI to the principal regulations and will come into force on 1st July 2016. Point 3.1.1 of Annex II shall apply from 1 July 2019 and Part B of Annex XI shall apply from 1 July 2027;

(at) Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/166 of 3 February 2015 supplementing and amending Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the inclusion of specific procedures, assessment methods and technical requirements, and amending Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and Commission Regulations (EU) No 1003/2010, (EU) No 109/2011 and (EU) No 458/2011, lays down detailed rules concerning the specific procedures, technical requirements and tests for the type-approval of vehicles of categories M, N and O, as well as components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles. This Regulation amends Schedules I, IV, VII, XI, XV and XVI of Directive 2007/46/EC and shall deemed to have entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication;

(au) Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/562 of 8 April 2015 amending Regulation (EU) No 347/2012 implementing Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to type-approval requirements for certain categories of motor vehicles with regard to advanced emergency braking systems;

(av) Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/758 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2015 concerning type-approval requirements for the deployment of the eCall in-vehicle system based on the 112 service and amending Directive 2007/46/EC. This Regulation establishes the general requirements for the EC type-approval of vehicles in respect of the 112-based eCall in-vehicle systems, and of 112-based eCall in-vehicle systems, components and separate technical units. This Regulation amends Schedules I, III, IV, XI of Directive 2007/46/EC. Article 2(2), 5(8), (9), 6(12), (13), 8, 9, 19, 12 shall be deemed to have entered into force from 8 June
