S.L. 465.3 ст. 3Installation of new cooling tower systems and evaporative condensers.

(1) Cooling tower systems and evaporative condensers are prohibited to be newly installed on healthcare facilities and schools.

(2) Installation of new cooling tower system or evaporative condenser on any other premises should be restricted to those cases only where no other suitable dry cooling facility is possible as an alternative.
