S.L. 465.3 ст. 4Design and construction of cooling tower system and evaporative condenser.

(1) At the stage of installation of cooling tower system or an evaporative condenser, inspection shall be carried out by competent persons so that the cooling tower and evaporative condenser pose minimal health risk to occupants of the premises and members of the public.

(2) Cooling systems shall be designed and constructed so as to minimise the release of drift and to aid safe operation, regular cleaning and disinfection.
