S.L. 465.7 ст. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"body piercing" means the piercing of any part of the body for cosmetic purposes, but does not include the piercing of the body carried out by a healthcare professional as part of the treatment and care of patients and the piercing of the ear with a pre-sterilised, single-use stud and clasp piercing system;

"the Superintendent" means the Superintendent of Public Health.
