S.L. 465.7 ст. 3Permit to perform body piercing.

(1) No person shall:

(a) conduct any form of body piercing unless such person has been authorised in writing by the Superintendent for such purpose; and

(b) use any establishment or premises or part or whole of a building for the purpose of conducting therein or thereat any form of body piercing unless such establishment or premises, or part or whole of a building, is covered by a valid licence issued for such purpose by the Superintendent.

(2) The Superintendent may subject the granting and renewal of the permit to such conditions he deems fit to impose in the interest of pubic health.
