S.L. 499.23 ст. 8No person to act as operator of vessel without consent of owner.

No person authorised by the owner of a vessel to act as operator of such vessel shall, except in case of necessity, allow any other person to act as operator of such vessel, without the consent of the owner thereof, and no person shall, except in case of necessity, act as operator of a vessel without the consent of the owner of such vessel.
